Wendy White’s work is rooted in geometry. Her paintings are often composed of several canvases and incorporate digital prints and sculptural elements. White incorporates both legible and illegible writing into her vocabulary of mark making, presenting the letterform as an arrangement of lines. She also constructs her own symbols, creating a language of her own.
Wendy White is represented by Leo Koenig, Inc. in New York City and by Andrew Rafacz in Chicago. Her work is included in the permanent collection of the Savannah College of Art & Design and in the Progressive Art Collection in Cleveland, Ohio.
