WHAT: Amid an array of exotic, handcrafted textiles and rugs on the 6th floor of ABC Carpet & Home, guests will enjoy champagne poured by Dom Perignon, canapés and a sumptuous dinner by Jean-Georges’ ABC Kitchen accompanied by custom napkin editions by Madeline Weinrib. Artful offerings throughout the night will include temporary tattoos by Shahzia Sikander, portraits sketches by Billy Sullivan, a surprise music performance and a live auction led by Sotheby’s Tobias Meyer featuring works by artists Terence Koh, Ryan McGinley, and Rudolf Stingel.  Set to the stylings of Donna D’Cruz, attendees will also be encouraged to partake in Yoko Ono’s inspiring and collective work Smiles Film and Wish Tree. For Smiles Film, a stationary camera will be on- site capturing pictures of smiling guests. The images will loop on a projector screen for all to see, while Ono’s Wish Tree further unites the room by inviting all to write their wishes on small tags and attach them to the branches of a flowering tree. Dress code is Dreamy!

WHEN: Art Production Fund’s I Dream Of… Gala will take place on Monday, April 15th with cocktails at 7pm and a seated dinner at 8pm.
